Our Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original condition. Items must be unwashed, unironed, and returned in their original packaging where possible. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
How to Initiate a Return
Simply email us at support@ardenandashco.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns are free for orders within the US.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or size? We're happy to exchange. Email us at support@ardenandashco.co and we'll arrange a swap. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
